Leading Chinese manufacturer of agricultural machinery, Zoomlion, has recently entered into an alliance with the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The collaboration, formalized via a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed in Vientiane, Laos, embarks on a shared mission of standardizing farming and agrotechnical infrastructure in the region.

The memorandum, signed on September 5th, outlines a strategic approach targeted towards agricultural machinery standards, techniques and practices, delivery of services, and financial cooperation.
